PROS : 1. Location is very prime, right in the heart of the city. Within walking distance to Tunjungan Plaza, and right in the infamous Tunjungan Street. 2. Lobby is small but luxurious. 3. View from the room is spectacular, especially for the rooms that facing South. (I stayed on the 22nd floor). Bed and pillow are comfortable 4. Awesome facilities : infinity outdoor pool, well equipped gym, sauna, steam and jacuzzi (warm and cold water) , with awesome views of the city. 5. Staffs are friendly. 6. Check-in time is very fast and they even allowed me to check-in early. 7. Good choices for breakfast, mainly Indonesian foods, with some traditional food stalls. CONS : 1. In the contrary of the lobby, the room design is very moderate, and doesn’t represent the four starred hotel.
Curtain can’t be fully closed because it will hit the headboard. Room door open on the awkward direction. The laminate wood flooring is bumpy especially in front of the bathroom. Coffee and tea are standard. 2. The steam is under maintenance during my visit time, sauna temperature isn’t hot (I think it is because the sauna room has half inch gap without rubber seal), jacuzzi is just warm.

Platform Beds
Platform beds are a great option for your bed. The design style and storage capacity are just a few benefits. Most platform beds are built with sufficient slats and center support, that they do not need a box spring. We offer platform beds that allow for storage underneath. Some lower quality models on the market have inferior slats and lack center support. What can happen over time, is they can sag and dip causing a loss of support in the mattress. Our queen platform beds and king platform beds are made of solid wood, not a presswood laminate, which holds up better over time and can be dissassembled and moved repeatedly without falling apart.
